Welcome, friend!
Howdy, I'm Nate.
I'm an accomplished audience growth consultant. I've helped thousands of founders and creators build real, organic audiences on YouTube - the kind that bring in traffic, trust, and income without paying for reach.
If you're a business that can't seem to get noticed, or a creator pouring in the work without the growth to show for it, that's exactly what I help fix.
Welcome, I'm glad you're here!
Why "Radical"?
WORK WITH MEMost content doesn't fail because it's bad. It fails because it's safe.
A #RadicalMoment is when a founder or creator decides to stop blending in and do something genuinely different.
I named the business after that moment, because helping people reach it again and again to the point of living in that moment is the whole point.

How I use AI in my work (and my clients')
Here's the breakdown - what's earning its keep, what isn't, and where I won't touch it:
What's working:
- Research - Velio to find and track niches on YouTube -mine and my clients'- and get really clear on what's working, at a glance.
- Editing - Gling for the AI first-pass cut and best-take selection. Saves me 2–4 hours a video.
- Visuals - OpusClip for motion graphics, captions, and cleaning up static shots. Makes adding pizazz editing touches about twice as fast.
- Behind the scenes - Claude for building workflows, pages, and stress-testing ideas.
I share the tests, roast requests and behind-the-scenes as they happen in my Radical Creators group.
Where I haven't found it yet:
- Thumbnails - tried a bunch of tools, nothing's clicked. Still stuck in the uncanny valley. :)
- Fully generated video / b-roll - close. Tools like OpusClip are getting there: feed in your own assets and characters, get b-roll out. Excited for this one!
Where I won't use it:
- Rehashing other people's videos - this is a major issue on the platform: it's extremely easy to get lazy and either directly copycat or not add anything original.
- Scripting word-for-word - my take: one of the best ways to beat the "AI vibe" is to stay a little unpolished.
- Decision-making - from my experience AI always seems to be 100% confident, and never gives the pushback that real understanding actually needs.
